8 Tips for Achieving Your Goals
We all have goals and aspirations. Much to our chagrin though, our goals and aspirations require effort and often lots of it. As well, one typically does not achieve his or her goals over night. This takes time…often much time. In the following, we will discuss eight different ways to obtain and retain motivation so that you can start on the path to achieving your goals today.
1) Set only one goal at a time.
2) Evaluate your desire and motivation. Do you truly desire that which you seek or do you merely want it for superficial reasons? If the object of your desire is not deeply rooted, then the likelihood of obtaining it falls dramatically. Make sure that you are pursuing your goal for the right reasons.
3) Find inspiration for accomplishing your goal.
4) Think thoughts conducive to success.
5) Keep a journal. Write down your goal and how you intend to accomplish it—exactly how you intend to accomplish it
6) Keep before you, at all times, the benefits of attaining your goal. You are pursuing your goal for a reason or a set of reasons…keep these in front of you at all times for motivation. Motivation will wax and wane and you need a focal point to fall back on in times of struggle

"What Really Makes You Tick?" 8 Questions You Should Ask To Yourself: A Preparation To Self-Improvement
Be all you can be, but it's not always in the Army. I often see myself as somewhat contented with my life the way things are, but of course it's hard to think of anything else when there are real issues to be discussed.Still I aspire for something deeper and more meaningful. So we're all pelted with problems.
Honestly it shouldn't even bother or even hinder us to becoming all we ought to be. Aspirations as kids should continue to live within us, even though it would be short-lived or as long as we could hold on to the dream. They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks… or can they?
1. What do I really want?
2. Should I really change?
3. What's the bright side in all of this?
4. Am I comfortable with what I'm doing?
5. Have I done enough for myself?
6. How much could I have?
7. Am I happy at where I am today?
8. What Really Makes You Tick? So?
What really makes you tick? You can be just about anything you always wanted to be, but to realize that attaining something that may seem very difficult is already giving up before you even start that journey. Always remember, that self-improvement is not just about the physical or philosophical change you have to undergo, but it's something that you really want.

Ten times each day practice the following affirmation "I can do all the thing through god who give me the strenghth to do it." Only mind with the positive thinking can generates power. Create your own happiness and expect the best and get it.
Lessons for life
1. HOPE:- No human life is without problems. Always believed that a good challange presents new oppurtunities - oppurtunities to learn, to grow, to gain strength or to reach a higher goal and believed that the future is always in the god's hand.
2. PERSISTENCE:- Persistence is the single most important ingredient of success in life. It involves determination and the will to preserve, no matter what the obstacle. If you are willing to stumble and fall and still keep on going then you will succeed. Like that little locomotive that repeated "i think i can" you will succeed.
3. CONFIDENCE:- Confidence is both a choice or a gift. If you didn't receive the gift, then you can make the choice and when you make a choice you receive the gift. Don't let others tranfer their fears to you. And don't wait until you "know enough". If you do that, you will never begin.
4. OPTIMISM:- If you expect something to turn out badly, it probably will. Pessimism is seldom disappointed. But the same principal also works in reverse . If you expect good things to happen, it usually do. There seems to be a ntural cause and effect relationship between optimism and success.
Apply the lessons and see the remarkable change in your life.
